Questions & Answers

Spiritual coaching is a transformative process that supports your connection to your own inner guidance, truth, and values. It’s not tied to any particular religion—it’s about connecting to yourself and living in alignment with what truly matters to you. Whether you’re new to spirituality or already on a path, all you need is an open mind and curiosity.

In our sessions, you’ll have a safe, sacred space to explore your life, challenges, and aspirations. We’ll begin by creating a broad picture of where you are and where you’d like to go. From there, we’ll dive into specific areas—whether that’s emotional healing, navigating a life transition, setting boundaries, or reconnecting with your purpose.

Through our work together, you may begin to:

  • Identify and shift limiting belief systems or patterns
  • Deepen your connection to intuition, and purpose
  • Integrate inner child and shadow work, and engage in psychosomatic, trauma-informed healing
  • Balance feminine and masculine energies within you
  • See your relationships as mirrors and opportunities for growth
  • Cultivate clarity, compassion, and wholeness
  • Set empowered goals and take aligned action

The tools and methods I use are personalized to you, and may include practices from the Life Purpose Institute, energy work, intuitive guidance, oracle cards, meditation, embodiment, and reflective exercises. Elements of psychology and somatic awareness may also be integrated, always with your consent and comfort at the center.

Psychedelics are substances that can alter perception, mood, and consciousness. They can open the door to deep insights, emotional release, spiritual connection, and expanded awareness. When approached with intention and care, they can support profound healing and transformation.

Spiritual coaching works more with your deeper self, targeting systems beneath your consciousness and focuses more on feelings and intuition. The process focuses on personal transformation to fulfil needs (not external factors) and teaches you how to live a full and aware life.

Psychedelic work is a deeply intentional practice that goes beyond just taking substances. It involves expanding consciousness and exploring the inner world with curiosity and courage. Traditionally, psychedelics have been used in indigenous cultures for healing, connection to spirit, and rites of passage. Today, they are also used to support mental health, release trauma, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with what truly matters.

In this work, psychedelics, like truffles or other legal substances, can help us open doors to unconscious material, shift perspectives, and release stuck emotional or energetic patterns. However, it’s not the substances themselves that do the healing; it’s the willingness to meet what arises with an open heart and mind.

I support individuals before, during, and after their psychedelic experiences, ensuring they are prepared, safe, and grounded throughout the process. Before the experience, I help them set intentions and provide guidance on preparation. During the experience, I offer support to help navigate what arises. Afterward, I assist with integration, ensuring that insights gained can be embodied and lived in a practical, meaningful way. While psychedelics are a tool in this process, I also work with altered states of consciousness through practices like breathwork, meditation, and embodiment, which can be used without substances to explore deep, transformative states.

I am a Certified Spiritual Coach (CSC), Certified Life Coach (CLC), and Relationships Coach, trained by The Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California. I’ve also completed Psychosomatic Trauma-Informed Training at Numa School in Canada, as well as training in Holotropic Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and other integrative healing methods.

I have completed the Synthesis Institute Psychedelic Practitioner Training (PPT), which included key modules such as Psychedelic Science and Therapeutic Models, Ethics and Responsibility in Psychedelic Work, Preparation and Integration Techniques, Intention Setting, Holding Space, Trauma-Informed Care, and hands-on experience with guiding psychedelic journeys.

Additionally, I trained with MAPS in MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD, gaining a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, therapeutic protocols, and ethical considerations for working with MDMA in clinical settings, specifically with individuals navigating post-traumatic stress.

I have extensive experience guiding individuals and groups through psychedelic experiences, both in private retreats and in collaboration with leading psychedelic centers such as Synthesis, Magnolia Clinic, Rejuvyn, Acsahuaya, and Psychedelic Insights. My approach integrates somatic, spiritual, and intuitive modalities, enriched by the insights I’ve gained through my own medicine work.

With deep, firsthand experience with a wide range of plant medicines and substances, I’ve developed a grounded foundation for supporting others. Having walked this path myself allows me to offer a nuanced understanding of the psychedelic journey and to hold space with presence and care.

My current studies and interests focus on relationships, intimacy, sacred connections, and the transformative integration of tantra and psychedelics. I am exploring how these modalities can facilitate deep healing, expanded awareness, and profound shifts in connection. I’m also continuing my studies in tarot.

In the past, I’ve studied mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, dreamwork, Reiki, and life coaching, along with esoteric psychology and neoshamanism. These experiences have significantly shaped my understanding of consciousness and personal transformation.

A psychedelic guide is someone who supports you before, during, and after a psychedelic journey—helping you feel safe, prepared, and deeply supported. I see it as holding space for your inner process, not directing or interfering with it.

As a guide, I help you clarify your intention, navigate difficult or unfamiliar inner landscapes, and integrate what comes up so that the experience becomes truly meaningful. I hold a trauma-informed, intuitive, and heart-based space where your inner wisdom can unfold. My role is to walk alongside you—not in front of you—with presence, care, and trust in your process.

With proper preparation, support, and the right setting, psychedelic experiences can be very safe—and even deeply healing. But like any deep work, they do carry risks, especially if there’s unprocessed trauma, mental health challenges, or if someone is ungrounded.

That’s why I work in a trauma-informed way, take time to prepare with each person, and only work with legal substances in safe, curated spaces. We also talk through contraindications (such as medications or certain diagnoses), and I never rush or push anyone into an experience they’re not ready for.

For those who have never been directly exposed and would like to learn, we can go through introductions to the basics of Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, Ayurveda, Chakras, Dream Work and more. We will also do exercises and practices to find and strengthen your spiritual connection.

Yes. I work with substances that are legal in the Netherlands, such as truffles (which contain psilocybin). I also offer other types of safe experiences depending on the setting and the person.

In some countries, other substances may be legal or decriminalized. If that’s the case, I can support you around that—always with a focus on safety, intention, and integration.

I ask you to contact me for an initial consultation to feel into whether we’re a good match. You can do it via whatsapp, email this contact form. From there, we move into an intake and preparation process, which includes personalized calls, practices, and materials to help you get clear on your intention and feel grounded. I offer full guidance during your journey (when applicable) and support you afterward through integration sessions, where we make sense of your experience and help it land in your life.

Most people see results almost immediately – they report that “things change”, there is a shift in a new direction. The longer the process, the more complete the work becomes. The process is not always linear, along the way you will probably encounter blockages or life circumstances. We learn from them and build on them.

The different modules were named after the original Hero’s Journey by Joseph Campbell – “Call to Adventure”, “Departure”, “Initiation” and” Return”. You will find full further explanations here >>link

The usual format is weekly or biweekly; it depends on your needs and availability. You are welcome to come back after a few months to check on progress and evaluate.

What many people call a “bad trip” is often a challenging experience that holds the potential for deep insight or release. That doesn’t make it easy—but with the right support, even difficult journeys can become profoundly healing.

If fear, grief, or old trauma comes up, I help you stay connected, grounded, and resourced. You’re not alone in the experience. And afterward, we work together to integrate what happened and find meaning in it.

The truth is, growth isn’t always comfortable—but you don’t have to do it alone.

In the Netherlands, I legally work with psilocybin truffles. I also offer guidance, preparation, and integration support for a range of other substances—including MDMA, LSD, ketamine, Ayahuasca, Bufo (5 Meo-DMT), and others—based on personal experience and extensive training. I can support you if you’re working in a safe and legal setting. Some substances are decriminalized or legal in certain places, and I can help you navigate those options too.

Most of my sessions are online, but for in-person psychedelic journeys, we can meet at my space in Amsterdam city centre, at your accommodation, or at one of the beautiful, peaceful locations I can recommend in nature. We’ll find what feels most supportive for you.

Preparation is a vital part of having a meaningful and transformative psychedelic experience. We’ll begin with an intake and one or more preparation sessions, where we’ll explore your intentions, clarify goals, and address any fears or questions that may arise.

You’ll receive supportive materials, tools, and grounding practices to help you feel safe, informed, and ready. This process is designed to build trust, deepen your connection to the work, and ensure you’re stepping into the journey with clarity and confidence.

I’ll be there for you throughout—not just before, but also during and after the experience. After the journey, we’ll have integration sessions to help you process what came up and support you in weaving the insights into your daily life, so the healing continues well beyond the session itself. You’re not doing this alone.

Absolutely. Integration is a vital part of the healing process—and where the real transformation takes place. It’s the practice of weaving the insights, emotions, and experiences from your journey into your everyday life. Without integration, even the most powerful experiences can fade or feel overwhelming or confusing.

After your journey, we’ll meet to reflect on what surfaced—emotionally, somatically, and spiritually. I’ll support you in making sense of it all, identifying any lingering challenges, and translating the experience into meaningful, grounded change. Whether through one-on-one sessions, ongoing check-ins, or personalized resources, you’ll have continued support to help you embody the wisdom and carry it forward in a lasting way.

Because I work in a personalized and holistic way, my prices vary depending on the type of support, the length of the journey, and whether the sessions are online or in person. Some people come for full support around a psychedelic experience, while others are more focused on coaching or integration only. As an indication, a single session is €88 + VAT.

I believe this work should be accessible, so I do offer payment plans and, in some cases, scholarship spots—especially for those in genuine financial need or with a strong calling to this path. Just reach out and we’ll explore together what feels fair and possible for your situation.

Great question. Readiness isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about feeling a sincere call to explore yourself more deeply. Psychedelic work may be right for you if you’re seeking healing, self-discovery, support through a life transition, or a reconnection with your purpose, heart, or intuition.

You don’t need to be “perfect”—just honest and willing. If you’re curious, open to growth, and ready to meet whatever arises (including discomfort), that’s a good sign you’re ready.

We’ll have a consultation before any journey to explore where you’re at emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Sometimes people arrive with specific intentions, and sometimes they simply feel a pull they can’t quite explain. Either way is welcome.

That’s why I take time to prepare with each person individually and only work with substances in safe, curated spaces. We’ll talk through things like mental health history, medications, and any concerns you may have. I pay close attention to your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being throughout the entire process—before, during, and after the journey.

Not at all. Many of my clients are first-timers. I love supporting beginners through their first experience with care and clarity. And if you’ve journeyed before, I can meet you there too. Every session is guided by where you are in your life and path.

Each psychedelic session is unique and unfolds in its own way. You might experience emotional release, deep insight, connection with your inner child, spiritual encounters, or simply a profound sense of calm and presence. At times, resistance, fear, or confusion may arise—these, too, are part of the healing process. Whatever comes, I’ll be there with you throughout, holding space with care, grounding, and compassion.

The setting is cozy, safe, and infused with intention—think pillows, soft blankets, candles, and stars on the wall. You’ll lie down with a comfortable eye mask on, allowing you to turn inward without distractions. A carefully curated, tailor-made playlist accompanies your journey, guiding the emotional flow and supporting your inner experience.

A typical psychedelic journey lasts around 6 hours, though I always leave space for a gentle landing afterward. Preparation and integration sessions (online or in-person) are usually 60–75 minutes. Ongoing support is available if desired—some people come for a single journey, others walk a longer arc of transformation with me. Every step is personalized to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you’re ready to go.

This work is about consciousness, not substances. You can access deep insights and healing through expanded states that don’t involve psychedelics at all. What matters most is your intention and openness to the journey within.

Classic psychedelics—like psilocybin-containing truffles, which are legal in the Netherlands—are not considered physically addictive. Research shows they do not create chemical dependency or compulsive use, unlike substances such as alcohol, nicotine, or opioids. In fact, many people feel the opposite after a journey: they need time to rest, integrate, and let the experience settle before even considering another one.

That said, it’s natural to come out of a meaningful journey feeling inspired, expanded, or even curious to explore more. Often, that feeling stems from a desire for deeper healing, clarity, or connection—not from addiction. My role is to help you explore that longing with care and discernment. Is it coming from a place of growth, or from a desire to avoid something uncomfortable? We’ll explore that together.

It’s also important to understand the difference between therapeutic psychedelic use and recreational or harmful drug use. In this space, we work with medicines and tools that are carefully chosen, legally supported (where applicable), and held with deep respect and intention. Substances like MDMA (in legal or clinical settings), psilocybin, or other plant-based or entheogenic medicines can open powerful doors when used responsibly, with the right guidance, preparation, and integration.

These are not “party drugs.” They are tools for healing, self-discovery, and spiritual connection—when used in the right set and setting, with the right support. A big part of my work is making sure your experience is not only safe, but also meaningful and integrated into your life in a sustainable way.

We always prioritize your nervous system, your long-term well-being, and the sacredness of the work.

Yes, as with any powerful modality, there are potential risks—emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Psychedelics can surface intense emotions, memories, or physical reactions. They are not suitable for everyone, especially those with certain psychiatric or medical conditions. I take time to screen carefully, prepare you thoroughly, and ensure safety throughout the process. Most of my work is one-on-one, as it allows for deep, personalized support. However, I also work with couples (or friends) and collaborate with trusted colleagues to offer occasional group retreats or ceremonies in safe, beautiful settings. If you’re interested in a group experience, let’s talk—I might have something coming up or be able to recommend a good fit.

You can contact me to book a free consultation. We’ll take time to connect, feel into your needs and intentions, and discuss the best next steps. From there, we can co-create a personalized plan for your journey.
