Coaching Process
Complimentary Introductory Session
During this session, we get to know each other, get a feeling of your ideas and aspirations; I explain the coaching process and answer questions. It will give you a first taste of coaching.
Discovery
The first session (called “Discovery”) is about examining what is going on in your life, defining areas where you decide to place your focus and identifying obstacles. We look at the big picture, connect to your values, and discuss areas of our future work together. We also explore your interest in specific methods or types of coaching and establish your desired outcomes
Setting your goals
The focus of our second coaching session will be on defining a few concrete, tangible and powerful goals that you want to achieve during our process together.
Following sessions
During the following sessions, the real process will start. I will check in with you to find out what you want from the session. This could be to work on your goals, or additional issues that a particular day brings, related to external factors or inner processes. We will combine conversation with spiritual techniques to guide you through your journey.

What is expected from your coach?
In an atmosphere of safety and trust, I will be your listener, guide and messenger. I will be there to support, inspire, provide feedback and keep you accountable.
We will mainly use intuition but reasoning and strategy will be valuable tools as well. Exercises and methods created by the Life Purpose Institute will be implemented, that have been successfully utilised by over one million people worldwide.
We will work with your own beliefs, decision-making and actions, and I will never try to tell you what to do or convert you to a different religious or spiritual belief.
To help you transition into new mindful thinking and changed behaviour, techniques such as manifestation, visualisation and energy work will be used.
We integrate the process with Tarot and sets of oracle cards for guidance and inspiration. Your permission is always warranted and acknowledged before moving forward with each exercise and technique.
I will be respecting the ICF Code of ethics, assuring respect and full confidentiality.
What is expected from you?
My wish is that you follow and trust the guidance and keep your mind and heart open.
It is crucial to set intentions, but also take responsibility for your actions. Please remember that this is your party, and you are your own DJ. You choose and decide what you wish to focus on, and which methods work best for you.
Spiritual Coaching is about transformation and transition – you must know that this may not happen overnight, as it’s a process of taking steps towards a desired direction. Stay committed to the process and should a blockade or resistance come, stay curious.
Try to stay open to emotions and “inner voice’‘ and work on transforming them into goals to get you going in a direction where you feel fulfilled, connected and balanced because you live according to who you truly are.
Explore limiting beliefs and recognise when you may be directing energy to things that no longer serve you.
Most importantly, remember to have fun, enjoy the process and learn to trust the unexpected.
